Nea Apartments are two holiday apartments in Naples, right by Napoli Centrale station: a studio for two guests and a two-room apartment for up to five, each rented separately. Whether you’re here for a weekend, a family holiday or a stopover on the way to Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast or Capri, you’ll find a comfortable, private place to stay.

The apartments
Nea Apartments offers two self-catering holiday apartments a short walk from Napoli Centrale: the ideal base if you travel by train, arrive late or simply want to be well connected from the moment you land. Both are larger than the average city rental: the studio measures 28 m² and sleeps two, while the two-room apartment covers 55 m² and sleeps up to five.
Each apartment is private and independent, with its own kitchen and bathroom, and offers all the basic comforts you need for a relaxed, comfortable holiday. Both apartments are in the same building and open onto the same landing, which is perfect if you’re travelling in two groups and want to stay close, and good to know in advance.
Mornings are yours to design: slow and at home, or the Neapolitan way, with a coffee and a pastry at a local café. From here, the historic centre, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum and the whole Bay of Naples are easy to reach by metro, train or bus. Come back to space, comfort and a place that feels like home.

Arriving or leaving by train is effortless, and from the station you can reach the metro, the Circumvesuviana line to Herculaneum, Pompeii and Sorrento, and the buses to the airport and the port. This apartment was exactly what I needed. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. There’s a large grocery store one block away and plenty of restaurants to choose from. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe in this building. I also appreciated having a washing machine (but bring your own laundry soap). The couple who own the apartment are lovely. Very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was exactly what I needed. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. How far is Nea Apartments from Napoli Centrale station?
We’re a short walk from the station, so you can arrive by train and be at the apartment in a few minutes. The exact route, map and travel times are on our location page.
Is breakfast included?
No. Nea Apartments are self-catering holiday apartments, so breakfast isn’t included. Each one has its own kitchen, and we’re happy to suggest our favourite cafés for a proper Neapolitan coffee and pastry.
How many guests can stay?
The studio (28 m²) sleeps up to 2 guests and the two-room apartment (55 m²) up to 5. Book both together and you can host up to 7 guests in total.
Can I book both apartments together?
Yes. You can book the studio, the two-room apartment or both in a single reservation, for up to 7 guests in total. They share the same landing, which is ideal for families and groups travelling together. Choose “Both apartments” in the contact form and tell us your dates.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is in person: we’ll meet you at the apartment, hand you the keys and show you around. Please tell us your arrival time in advance so we can be there.
What’s in the apartments?
Each apartment has a private kitchen, a private bathroom with a bathroom kit, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a TV. A washing machine is also available.
Is it a good base for day trips?
Yes. From Napoli Centrale you can take trains to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento, reach Capri and Ischia by ferry from the port, and connect to Rome and other cities by train.
Where are the two apartments located in the building?
Both apartments are in the same building, on the first floor and on the same landing, a short walk from Napoli Centrale station. Each has its own entrance door, so you keep your privacy. It’s perfect if you’re travelling in two groups and want to stay close, and good to know in advance.
